Spain

It is a country located in the southwest of Europe, on the Iberian Peninsula. It has a coast to the Mediterranean Sea in the south and east, and the Atlantic Ocean in the north. It is neighbor with Portugal  in the west, France, Andorra  in the north, and the United Kingdom (Gibraltar) in the south. The territory of Spain also includes the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean, and the two autonomous cities in North Africa called Ceuta and Melilla.With an area of ​​505,992 km2, Spain is the second largest country in Western Europe after France. With an average altitude of 650 meters, it is the second highest country in Europe after Switzerland. As of January 1, 2020, Spain's population is 47,329,981 people. The population is increasing by 0.096% annually. The most populated city is Madrid. The population of the country doubled in the 20th century due to high industrialization and immigration.
According to World Bank data, Spain has the eighth largest economy in the world. Spain's Gross National Product is 1.362 trillion dollars. The automotive industry is the largest manufacturing sector in the country. According to 2015 data, Spain is the 8th largest automobile manufacturer in the world after Germany and the 2nd largest automobile manufacturer in Europe.

According to the data of the United Nations Tourism Organization, according to the data of 2019, Spain is the second most visited country with 83 million tourists after France with 89 million tourists in the world.
